Background
Moisés Nova Céspedes is a right-handed pitcher from Azúa in the Dominican Republic. He signed with the Cincinnati Reds in 2015 and made his US debut with the Billings Mustangs in June 2016. He was selected for the Pioneer League All Star Game in 2017. In 2019 he spent the season with Class A Dayton Dragons.
